CONGREGATION, NOVEMBER 2015
Members of Convocation are informed that Congregation Ceremonies for specific Colleges have been scheduled to take place on 13th and 14th November 2015 at venues and times indicated in the congregation schedule available online here:

Members of Convocation are invited to be present at the ceremonies and to join the Academic Procession which starts fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of proceedings. The procession will start from the corridor in front of the office of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (ASA).
Academic gowns may be signed for and picked up from 4th to 12th November 2015 between 1pm and 4pm each day, from the Regalia Storage Centre on the ground floor of the Central Cafeteria (Next to the University Students’ Clinic). Staff picking up on behalf of Members of Convocation should come with an authority note. Kindly endeavour to return the gowns soon afterwards.

Congregation ceremonies are exciting times on every university campus. At University of Ghana, it is a time when we acknowledge our students' academic achievements and reaffirm our continuing vitality of our unique campus. The conferment of degrees is a time-honoured tradition cherished by all members of our community - faculty, senior administrators, staff and students.

The November 2015 Congregation ceremonies are scheduled for Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14, 2015.
The morning sessions begin at 9.00 a.m. (Procession starts at 8.45 a.m.) while the afternoon sessions begin at 2.00 p.m. (Procession starts at 1.45 p.m.). There are concurrent sessions for the morning sessions taking place at the Great Hall and the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium. (Refer to the details of the various sessions).
